标准负荷剂量硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性卒中的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Standard Loading Dose of Clopidogrel Bisulfate Combined With Aspirin on Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨标准负荷剂量硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性卒中的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月—2015年12月济阳县中医院收治的缺血性卒中患者95例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组47例和观察组48例。对照组患者采用维持量硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者采用标准负荷剂量硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗;两组患者均连续治疗2周。比较两组患者临床疗效和出血事件发生率。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者出血事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准负荷剂量硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性卒中的临床疗效确切,但会增加患者出血风险,临床医生应严格掌握其适应证。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of standard loading dose of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin on ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 95 patients with ischemic stroke were selected in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiyang County from March 2010 to December 2015,and they were divided into control group( n = 47) and observation group( n = 48) according to random table. Patients of control group received maintenance- dose clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin, while patients of observation group received standard loading dose of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin. Clinical effect and incidence of bleeding events were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of incidence of bleeding events was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Standard loading dose of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin has certain clinical effect in treating ischemic stroke, but is may increase the risk of bleeding events,clinicians should strictly grasp the indications.
