摘要
目的探讨高频彩超检查在乳腺肿块中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年5月绵阳市中医院收治的乳腺肿块患者100例。所有患者均采用彩色超声诊断仪进行检查。观察所有患者病理学检查与高频彩超检查结果,比较良性乳腺肿块与恶性乳腺肿块患者二维声像学特征和彩色多普勒血流特征。结果病理学检查结果:100例患者中乳腺纤维腺瘤26例,乳腺增生结节24例,乳腺癌22例,囊肿17例,炎性包块11例。高频彩超检查结果:100例患者中乳腺纤维腺瘤26例,乳腺增生结节22例,乳腺癌25例,囊肿19例,炎性包块8例。良性乳腺肿块与恶性乳腺肿块患者轮廓形态、内部回声、微小钙化、后方回声、纵横径比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性乳腺肿块与恶性乳腺肿块患者血流分级、阻力指数(RI)值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频彩超检查在乳腺肿块中的应用效果较好。
Objective To study the effect of high frequency colour doppler ultrasound examination in breast mass.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast mass were selected in the Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2014 to May2016. All patients were examined by color ultrasonography. Observe the results of all patient pathology and high frequency color ultrasound,the two dimensional sonography and color doppler flow characteristics of malignant lesions and benign lesions were compared. Results Pathological examination results: in patients with 100 cases,of the 26 patients were breast fibroadenoma,of the 24 patients were hyperplastic nodule of mammary glands,of the 22 patients were breast cancer,of the 17 patients were cyst,of the 11 patients were inflammatory mass. High frequency color doppler ultrasound examination results: in patients with100 cases,of the 26 patients were breast fibroadenoma,of the 22 patients were hyperplastic nodule of mammary glands,of the25 patients were breast cancer,of the 19 patients were cyst,of the 8 patients were inflammatory mass. The contour morphology,internal echo,microcalcification,posterior echo and diameter ratio of benign breast lumps and malignant breast masses were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was a statistically significant difference between benign breast mass and malignant breast lumps with blood flow grading and resistance index( RI)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of high frequency color ultrasound in breast lumps is better.
