标准大骨瓣手术治疗重型颅脑创伤的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Standard Large Bone Flap Surgery for Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

目的观察标准大骨瓣手术治疗重型颅脑创伤的临床疗效。方法选取东海县人民医院2015年1月—2016年12月收治的重型颅脑创伤患者85例为研究对象。将患者随机分为标准组(采用标准大骨瓣手术治疗,41例)和经典组(采用经典骨瓣手术治疗,44例)。评价并记录两组患者临床疗效。结果标准组临床疗效优于经典组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准大骨瓣手术治疗重型颅脑创伤的临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standard large bone flap surgery for severe traumatic brain injury. M ethods Eighty-five patients with severe craniocerebral trauma treated in Donghai County People' s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into standard group( treated with standard large bone flap surgery,41 cases) and classic group( treated with classical bone flap surgery,44 cases). The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and recorded. Results The clinical efficacy of the standard group was significantly better than that of the classic group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of standard large bone flap surgery for severe traumatic brain injury is good,and it is worthy of clinical application.
