大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗小儿川崎病的不良反应及护理对策

Adverse Reaction and Nursing Countermeasures of High-dose Intravenous Immunoglobulin in Treatment of Kawasaki Disease

目的观察大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗小儿川崎病的不良反应,并提出护理对策。方法选取绵阳市中医医院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的川崎病患儿40例,均静脉注射大剂量丙种球蛋白,观察治疗期间患儿不良反应发生情况。结果 40例患儿中发生寒战5例,高热4例,头痛头昏2例,全身皮疹2例,胸闷气促1例,过敏性休克1例。结论川崎病患儿采用大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗期间易发生不良反应,需引起临床医护人员注意,掌握正确输注方法、加强护理、及时发现并有效处理可降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗效果。

Objective To abserve the adverse reactions of high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin( IVGG) in treatment of Kawasaki disease,and to study its nursing strateg. Methods A total of 40 patients with Kawasaki disease were selected in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Mianyang from June 2013 to 2016 June,they were treated with high dose of gamma globulin injection,the adverse reactions of children during injection were observed. Results In 40 cases,5 cases with shivering,4 cases with high fever,2 cases with systemic rash,2 cases with headache and dizziness,1 cases with chest tightness and shortness of breath,1 cases with allergic shock. Conclusion It has adverse reactions during large doses of gamma globulin treatment in Kawasaki disease children,will need to attract attention,to master the correct infusion method,strengthen nursing,timely detection and effective treatment can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the therapeutic effect.
