大剂量氨溴索在重症肺炎治疗中临床效果研究

The Clinical Efficacy Observation of Large Dose Ambroxol in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的探究氨溴索在重症肺炎患者治疗中的效果。方法选取湖北省孝感市中心医院2016年3月—2018年5月间收治的94例重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予常规治疗方法+常规剂量氨溴素,观察组给予常规治疗方法+大剂量氨溴素。结果观察组患者咳嗽、发热、肺部湿性啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗5d后,观察组患者血氧分压明显和氧合指数明显高于对照组,IL-8和TNF-α明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率(93.6%)明显高于对照组(78.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者异常反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大剂量氨溴素能有效提高重症肺炎治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,且无额外的不良反应风险,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of large dose ambroxol on severe pneumonia.Methods 94 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Xiaogan Central Hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the main subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment+conventional dose of ambroxol,and the observation group was given conventional treatment+large dose of ambroxol.Results The disappearance time of cough,fever and pulmonary wet voice in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the blood oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Items of IL-8 and TNF-o of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment(93.6%)was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(78.7%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of abnormal reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conlusion Large dose ambroxol can effectively improve the treatment of severe pneumonia,shorten the treatment time,and no additional risk of adverse reactions,it is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
