Objective To study the effect of clinical ambroxol intravenous drug combined with inhaled budesonide solution in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018 60 cases of neonatal pneumonia were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different ways of newborns,30 cases in each group.Control group accepted cloth to endure dehua solution atomization inhalation therapy, observation group received combined use of ammonia bromine somalia’s intravenous drip, cloth to nai dehua solution atomization inhalation therapy, results of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the inflammatory cytokines of the observation group were il-10,il-6,and il-2(10.48±1.54)ng/ml,(180.54±20.33)ng/ml,(30.08±4.57)pg/ml,both significantly superior to the control group(16.33±1.29)ng/ml,(267.55±25.44)ng/ml,(24.63±4.21)pg/ml,P<0.05.Conclusion Ambroxol intravenous infusion and budesonide solution atomization inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia can rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms of neonates and significantly improve the levels of inflammatory factors in neonates, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
