快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept on Gastric Cancer in Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients

目的探讨快速康复外科护理在胃癌患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取海南省万宁市人民医院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的行胃癌根治术患者40例作为本次研究的对象,随机将所选患者分成两组,每组20例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者给予快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者术后恢复情况,包括:睡眠、疼痛情况、通气排便时间、下床活动时间、住院天数以及术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者的术后活动量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院天数、排便时间、排气时间首次下床活动时间的比较中,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症情况比较中,两组并发症发生率均较低,但是观察组略低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌围术期患者给予快速康复外科理念护理,不仅可以有效促进患者术后恢复、降低并发症的发生,还能够缩短住院时间,减少患者经济负担,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 40 patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing.Ventilation defecation time,ambulation time,hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared.Results The postoperative activity of observation group was more than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the number of days in hospital,defecation time,exhaust time,the first time out of bed activity time of observation group was significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation groups was lower than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for perioperative patients with gastric cancer can not only effectively promote postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications,but also shorten hospitalization time and reduce the economic burden of patients,so it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
