偏瘫患者人工髋关节置换护理中持续质量改进的应用研究

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Artificial Hip Replacement Care for Patients with Hemiplegia

目的分析持续质量改进用于偏瘫患者人工髋关节置换术护理中的效果。方法选择湖北省荆门市第二人民医院2017年4月—2018年4月中的80例接受人工髋关节置换治疗的偏瘫患者进行研究,按照患者接受护理的不同方式进行分组,观察组40例在护理中进行持续质量改进,对照组40例仅接受常规护理,比较两组效果。结果观察组手术结束后1周、手术结束后1个月髋关节功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术结束后1d、手术结束后3d、手术结束后7d疼痛评分结果均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进用于偏瘫患者人工髋关节置换术护理中能够提升护理效果,减轻疼痛,提升患者髋关节功能,值得广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in the nursing of artificial hip replacement for patients with hemiplegia.Methods 80 cases of hemiplegia receiving artificial hip replacement in Jingmen Second People’s Hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected for the study and divided into groups according to different ways of patients receiving nursing care.40 cases in the observation group received continuous quality improvement in nursing care,while 40 cases in the control group received routine nursing only,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hip function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group one week after surgery and one month after surgery(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group 1 day after surgery,3 days after surgery and 7 days after surgery was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement in the nursing of artificial hip replacement for patients with hemiplegia can improve the nursing effect,alleviate pain and enhance the function of hip joint,which is worth popularizing widely.
