围术期护理实施对骨关节置换术治疗效果的影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing on the Treatment of Bone and Joint Replacement

目的分析对骨关节置换术患者行围术期护理的效果。方法 2017年5月—2018年5月,于荆门市第二人民医院行人工髋关节置换术的患者患者中选取100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行全面围术期护理,比较两组患者护理前后的髋关节功能评分、患肢肿胀程度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者护理后的Harris髋关节功能评分更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患肢正常患者所占比例更高(U=4.327,P<0.05)。结论对骨关节置换术患者行全面化围术期护理的效果显著,利于改善患者的髋关节功能,减轻患肢肿胀程度,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on patients undergoing arthroplasty.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,100 patients who underwent artificial hip arthroplasty in Jingmen Second People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group was comprehensively based on the control group.During the operation,the hip function scores,nursing effects,degree of swelling of the affected limbs,and satisfaction of nursing were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the Harris hip function scores of the observation group were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of normal limbs in the observation group was higher,(U=4.327 P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing for patients with osteoarthrosis is significant,which is beneficial to improve the hip function of patients,reduce the degree of swelling of the affected limbs,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worth promoting.
