摘要
目的探讨CICARE沟通模式(接触、介绍、沟通、询问、回答、离开)在急诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取江苏省徐州市肿瘤医院急诊科2017年7—12月在急诊科就诊的急诊患者作为观察组,护患交流选择的是CICARE沟通模式。选取急诊科2017年1—6月就诊患者为对照组,按照传统方式进行护患沟通。结果自从使用了CICARE沟通模式,观察组与对照组在患者满意度调查、护士临床沟通能力、因沟通不良导致的不良事件发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理工作中实施CICARE沟通模式,对改善护患沟通不良,提供优质护理服务,提高护理质量,提升患者服务满意度,建立和谐护患、医护关系具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect of CICARE communication mode(contact,introduction,communication,inquiry,answer and departure)in emergency care.Methods The patients who visited the emergency department of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from July to December 2017 were selected as subjects.Patients treated in the emergency department from January to June 2017 were selected as the control group,and nurse-patient communication was conducted in the traditional way.As the observation group,the emergency patients treated in the emergency department from July to December in 2017.CICARE communication mode was chosen for the nurse and patient communication.Results Since the CICARE communication model was used,the differences between observation group and control group were statistically significant in patient satisfaction survey,clinical communication skills of nurses,and incidence of adverse events caused by poor communication(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CICARE communication mode in emergency care is of positive significance for improving the poor communication between patients and nurses,providing quality nursing services,improving nursing quality,improving patient service satisfaction,and establishing harmonious relationship between patients and nurses.
