细节护理对心肌梗死患者生活质量及心功能的影响

The Application of Details Nursing in The Treatment of Myocardial Infarction with Isoamyl Nitrate and Nitroglycerin and The Effect on The Cardiac Function of Patients

目的探究细节护理对心肌梗死患者生活质量及心功能的影响。方法随机选取2016年9月—2018年9月的78例在德昌县人民医院治疗的心肌梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理,而研究组采用细节护理的护理方法。观察并记录两组患者的临床情况。结果在护理前,研究组和对照组两组患者的血压以及心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在护理后,研究组的血压以及心率要明显低于对照组(P<0.05),在护理前,两组患者的角色功能、躯体功能、社会功能以及认知功能的生活质量的得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在护理后,对照组的角色功能、躯体功能、社会功能以及认知功能的生活质量的得分要明显低于研究组(P<0.05),在护理前,研究组与对照组两组患者的心功能改善功能情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在护理后,研究组的心功能改善功能情况要明显优于对照组(P<0.05),在护理后,研究组的不良反应情况要明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗后,对患者采用细节护理的护理方法能够时刻了解患者的病情变化,减少了不良反应情况的发生,患者的心脏功能得到进一步的改善,促进了患者的身体恢复,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application of detail nursing in the treatment of myocardial infarction with isoamyl nitrate combined with nitroglycerin and the effect on the cardiac function of patients. Methods 78 patients with myocardial infarction who were treated in Dechang People’s Hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were randomly selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,with 39 patients in each group. Routine nursing was applied to the control group,while detailed nursing was applied to the study group. The clinical situation of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results Before nursing,blood pressure and heart rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). After care,blood pressure and heart rate of study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,the role of the two groups of patients with function,physical function,social function and cognitive function of quality of life scores are roughly the same(P>0.05). After nursing,the function,physical function,social function and the role of cognitive function of quality of life scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the functional status of cardiac function improvement between the study group and the control group(P>0.05). After nursing,the functional status of cardiac function improvement in the study group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05),and after nursing,the adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion After clinical treatment,the adoption of detailed nursing Methods for patients can keep abreast of changes in patients’ conditions,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,further improve the cardiac function of patients,promote the physical recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
