“教学式”舒适护理干预对产妇分娩结局的影响观察

Effect of "Teaching Style" Comfortable Nursing Intervention on Delivery Outcome of Parturients

目的探讨"教学式"舒适护理干预对产妇分娩结局的影响观察。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月期间在海南省海口市妇幼保健院接受分娩的80例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。其中对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上予以"教学式"舒适护理措施。分别对两组产妇干预前后的症状自评量表、睡眠质量障碍以及分娩结局进行比较。结果观察组干预后的心理症状评分低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的睡眠质量障碍评分更优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组产妇选择自然分娩的例数高于对照组,而前者发生胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血及剖宫产的例数低于后者(P<0.05)。结论 "教学式"舒适护理干预可改善产妇不良情绪和睡眠障碍情况,促进产妇更多选择自然分娩,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of'teaching style'comfortable nursing intervention on the delivery outcome of parturients.Methods 80 cases of pregnant women during the period from January 2015 to January 2016 to accept delivery in Haikou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were treated as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group received the'teaching style'of comfortable nursing measures more.The symptom checklist,sleep quality disorder and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the psychological symptoms scores of observation group were lower than those before intervention and in control group(P<0.05);the quality of sleep disorder scores in observation group were more than those in control group(P<0.05);the number of cases and the observation group chose natural childbirth was higher than the control group,and the occurrence of fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section the number of patients with uterus is lower than that of the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion'teaching style'comfortable nursing intervention can improve the bad mood and sleep disorders of women,and promote more women choose natural childbirth,it is worth popularizing.
