人性化护理在老年脑梗死患者临床护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Humanized Nursing on Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction in Clinical Nursing

目的分析老年脑梗死患者进行人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法 2013年8月—2016年11月,于海南省人民医院保健中心一区收治的老年脑梗死患者中选取88例随机分为两组,各44例。对照组患者接收常规护理方式,观察组于对照组护理基础上被提供人性化护理服务。比较两组患者的护理满意度、日常生活能力与肢体运动功能。结果观察组总护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);相较于护理前,两组护理后的FM、BI评分均有所提高,且观察组提高幅度比对照组大(P<0.05)。结论老年脑梗死患者进行人性化护理干预的临床效果显著,能够将患者的护理满意度、日常生活能力与肢体运动功能提高,临床推广价值显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of humanized nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction in clinical nursing.Methods From August 2013 to November 2016,a total of 88 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction in Hainan People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group was given humanity nursing care more.The nursing satisfaction,the ability of daily life and limb movement function of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with before nursing,the FM and BI scores of the two groups after nursing were improved,and the observation group improved significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of humanistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with cerebral infarction is significant,which can improve the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care,daily living ability and limb motor function,and the value of clinical promotion is significant.
