护理干预在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛管理中的应用效果探讨

目的分析在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛管理中实施护理干预的临床效果。方法选取江苏省苏州市吴江区第一人民医院收治的66例恶性肿瘤患者为分析对象,将所选患者随机分为常规组和试验组,每组33例。对常规组肿瘤患者根据WHO三阶梯止痛法缓解患者疼痛,对试验组患者在以上基础增加护理干预,对比2组患者护理前、后疼痛程度变化及对护理工作的满意度评分变化。结果实施护理前2组患者疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过护理后试验组患者疼痛程度显著低于常规组患者,并且试验组患者对护理工作的满意度评分也明显高于常规组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛管理中采用护理干预措施可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,同时对提高患者对护理工作的满意度有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of nursing intervention in the pain management of patients with malignant tumors. Methods 66 patients with malignant tumor in First People’s Hospital of Wujiang District were selected as the analysis object, the selected patients were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group, 33 cases in each group. The conventional group relieve pain according to WHO three-step analgesia therapy. The experimental group was given increase nursing intervention. The pain degree of change and the nursing job satisfaction score change before and after nursing of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the pain degree between the two groups before the nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the pain degree of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the satisfaction score of patients in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the conventional group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively relieve patients’ pain degree in the management of patients with malignant tumors, and can also improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing work.
