心肺运动试验评估与指导心力衰竭患者运动康复治疗的效果及护理干预措施探析

Evaluation of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test and the Effect of Exercise Rehabilitation Therapy on Patients with Heart Failure and Nursing Intervention Measures

目的探讨心肺运动试验评估与指导心力衰竭患者运动康复治疗的效果及护理干预措施探析。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京康复医院2017年1月—2018年1月接收诊治的80例心力衰竭的患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者采取常规药物治疗配合护理干预的治疗方案,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上实施运动康复治疗。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组LVESD、LVEDD水平明显低于对照组,同时LVEF水平明显高于另对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床上应用心肺运动试验评估对心力衰竭患者进行病情预测,能够有效帮助临床医生了解患者病情,有利于改善患者的心功能,提高治疗有效率,值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiopulmonary exercise test on the evaluation and guidance of exercise rehabilitation in patients with heart failure and the nursing intervention measures.Methods 80 patients with heart failure treated from 2017.1 to 2018.1 in Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the average allocation method.Patients in the control group were treated with routine drug therapy combined with nursing intervention,and the patients in the study group were given exercise rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group’s treatment.Results The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVESD and LVEDD in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the LVEF level was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of cardiopulmonary exercise test to predict the prognosis of patients with heart failure can help clinicians to understand the condition of patients,improve cardiac function and improve treatment efficiency,and is worthy of clinical application.
