氯吡格雷联合芪参益气滴丸对冠心病心衰患者心功能的改善作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill on Cardiac Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的分析对冠心病心衰患者采取常规药物氯吡格雷与芪参益气滴丸共同治疗的临床效果,以及对患者心功能的改善作用。方法通过数字随机方法,将陕西省军区宝鸡第二干休所临床2017年8月—2018年8月接收并单纯服用氯吡格雷治疗的35例患者作为A组,另外选取同时间段接收并实施氯吡格雷与芪参益气滴丸共同治疗的35例同疾病患者作为B组,对两组的治疗效果、炎性因子水平变化情况和心功能的改善作用进行比较。结果 (1)B组LVEF水平高于A组,且LVESV、LVEDV水平低于A组(P<0.05);(2)B组CRP、TNF-α水平较A组低(P<0.05);(3)B组QOL评分较A组高(P<0.05);(4)B组治疗总有效率较A组高(P<0.05)。结论采取常规药物氯吡格雷与芪参益气滴丸共同治疗冠心病心衰的效果显著,价值颇高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of conventional drug clopidogrel and Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,and to improve the heart function of patients.Methods Thirty-five patients who received clopidogrel and received clopidogrel from August 2017 to August 18,2017 as a group A were randomly assigned to receive clopidogrel and sputum.35 patients with the same disease who were treated with Shenyi Pills were treated as group B,and the therapeutic effects,changes of inflammatory factor levels and improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The level of LVEF in group B was higher than that in group A,and the levels of LVESV and LVEDV were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).(2)The levels of CRP and TNF-group B was highe lower than those in group A(P<0.05);(3)The QOL score of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05);(4)The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The conventional drug clopidogrel combined with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill is effective in treating heart failure of coronary heart disease with high value.
