柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Primary Hypertension Treated with Chaihu Plus Longgu oyster Decoction

目的对柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗原发性高血压的疗效进行观察。方法选取2015年6月1日—2018年6月1日期间收治的40例原发性高血压患者作为本次研究对象,依据治疗方法分为对照组与治疗组,各20例。对照组施以中药汤剂,治疗组服用西药。对两组患者治疗方式的临床疗效进行比较。结果两组患者治疗效果、血压评分、HAMA评分、中医症状比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医治疗可以达到西医治疗的效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction on primary hypertension.Methods 40 patients with essential hypertension admitted from June 1,2015 to June 1,2018 were selected as subjects of this study and were divided into control group(n=20)and treatment group(n=20)according to treatment Methods.The control group received Chinese medicine decoction and the treatment group received western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy of the treatment of the two groups of patients was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the treatment effect,blood pressure score,HAMA score and TCM symptom between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment can achieve the effect of western medicine.
