风险预警评估管理模式在高危妊娠孕妇中的应用效果

Application Effect of Risk Warning Assessment Management Mode in High-risk Pregnancy

目的探讨风险预警评估管理模式在高危妊娠孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取西昌市人民医院2017年7—11月收治的高危妊娠孕妇62例作为对照组,2018年2—6月收治的高危妊娠孕妇62例作为研究组。对照组孕妇行常规高危妊娠综合评分管理,研究组孕妇在此基础上实施风险预警评估管理模式。比较两组孕妇妊娠结局、护理满意度及新生儿Apgar评分。结果研究组孕妇顺利分娩者所占比例为72.58%,高于对照组的51.61%(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿出生后1 min Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组新生儿出生后5 min Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论风险预警评估管理模式有利于改善高危妊娠孕妇妊娠结局及新生儿结局,提高护理满意度,具有一定推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of Risk Warning Assessment Management Mode in high-risk pregnancy.Methods A total of 62 pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy were selected as control group in the People’s Hospital of Xichang from July to November 2017,while 62 pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy were selected as study group from February to June 2018.Pregnant women in control group received routine comprehensive score management of high-risk pregnancy,while pregnant women in study group received Risk Warning Assessment Management Mode based on that of control group.Pregnancy outcome,nursing satisfaction and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results Proportion of pregnant women with smooth delivery in study group was 72.58%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group of 51.61%(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Neonatal Apgar score in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control 1 minute after birth(P<0.05),while no statistically significant difference of neonatal Apgar score was found between the two groups 5 minutes after birth(P>0.05).Conclusion Risk Warning Assessment Management Mode is helpful to improve the pregnancy outcome,neonatal outcome and nursing satisfaction in pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
