氟伐他汀对于缺血性脑梗死患者的神经功能和日常生活自理能力的影响研究

Effects of Fluvastatin on Neurological Function and Self-care Ability of Patients with Ischemic Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨在缺血性脑梗死患者的临床治疗中应用氟伐他汀治疗是否具有很高的价值。方法 2014年2月—2017年6月期间,江苏省丹阳市人民医院接收了缺血性脑梗死患者100例,以他们为研究对象,将其随机均分为实验组、参照组,各50例。参照组采用了常规治疗方式,实验组在参照组的治疗前提下,同时开展了氟伐他汀治疗方式。两组在进行了同样的治疗时间后,对治疗效果进行对比分析。结果实验组的神经功能评分、生活自理评分都优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将氟伐他汀治疗应用于缺血性脑梗死患者的治疗中将大大提高患者治疗效果,广泛应用于临床一定会有很高的价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of fluvastatin on neurological function and self-care ability of patients with ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2014 to June 2017,100 patients with ischemic cerebral infarction who were treated by Neurology in Danyang People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with thrombolysis,nourishing nerves,lowering blood pressure,hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic.The patients in the observation group were treated with fluvastatin 20 mg once a day.Treatment is 2 weeks.After the end of treatment,regular follow-up of 3 months.The neurological function anddaily life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results During the follow-up period of 3 months,the Barthel score of the observation group was significantly increased,compared with the control group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the NIHSS scores of the treatment group were significantly increased,compared with the control group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluvastatin can significantly improve the neurological function and self-care ability of patients with ischemic cerebral infarction,and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
