规范化护理在手术室腹腔镜胆囊切除手术护理中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响

Application of Standardized Nursing on the Nursing Care of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Operation Room and Its Influence on the Adverse Reactions of Patients

目的探讨规范化护理在手术室腹腔镜胆囊切除手术护理中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响。方法以攀枝花市攀钢集团总医院2017年6月—2018年6月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的90例患者为对象,按电脑数字表法随机分为2组,每组45例。对照组予以常规护理,实验组予以规范化护理,对比两组护理效果及不良反应发生情况。结果术后,实验组血清C反应蛋白、血糖、皮质醇水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率是6.67%,较对照组的24.44%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理应用于手术室腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术中可有效减轻手术应激反应,降低不良反应发生率,进而使患者术后康复时间缩短,值得推广。

Objective To application of standardized nursing on the nursing care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the operation room and its influence on the adverse reactions of patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to computer digit table method,with 45 cases patients in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given standardized nursing.The nursing effect and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results After the operation,in the experimental group,the levels of serum C-reactive protein,blood glucose and cortisol were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%,which was lower than that of the control group 24.44%,with statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,eating time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing on the nursing care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the operation room can effectively alleviate the stress reaction,as well as reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and thus shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients,which is deserved to choose.
