系统化呼吸道护理干预对肺癌手术效果的影响以及对生活质量的提升研究

Study on the Effect of Systematic Respiratory Care Intervention on the Operation of Lung Cancer and the Improvement of Life Quality

目的研究系统化呼吸道护理干预对于肺癌手术效果的影响以及对生活质量的提升。方法本次研究所选病例均为新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的肺癌手术患者,共80例,病例选取的时间是2017年2月—2018年5月,采用随机分组的方法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组施予常规护理干预,研究组施予系统化呼吸道护理干预。分析比较两组肺癌手术患者的生活质量评分、住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果经过护理之后,研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率明显低于对照组,所有差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌手术患者实施系统化呼吸道护理干预,效果显著,有助于提升肺癌手术患者的生活质量,减少并发症发生率,促进患者早日康复,值得在临床护理中切实推广及应用。

Objective To study the effect of systematic respiratory care intervention on the operation of lung cancer and the improvement of life quality.Methods The cases selected in this study were all patients admitted to People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous Region,a total of 80 cases.The cases were selected from February 2017 to May 2018,and were divided into control group and research group by random grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the research group received systematic respiratory care intervention.The quality of life,length of hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and all the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Systematic respiratory care intervention is effective for patients undergoing lung cancer surgery,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the early recovery of patients.
