针对严重胸部外伤合并胸腰椎骨折患者的呼吸道护理研究

Respiratory Care of Patients with Severe Chest Trauma Combined with Thoracolumbar Fracture

目的研究严重胸部外伤合并胸腰椎骨折患者的呼吸道护理措施及效果。方法回顾性分析2017年3月—2018年3月新疆维吾饿自治区人民医院收治的30例严重胸部外伤合并胸腰椎骨折患者,予以呼吸道护理;观察护理效果。结果 30例患者中除1例患者在ICU监护时期家属坚决要求出院,其余29例患者均避免呼吸堵塞状况的发生,顺利转入手术室或病房接受治疗。结论按照患者病情,采取合理有效护理措施,可有避免呼吸异常状况的发生,降低肺部并发症发生率促进患者早日康复。

Objective To study the respiratory care measures and effects of patients with severe chest trauma combined with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 patients with severe chest trauma combined with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to people’s hospital of xinjiang uygur autonomous region from March 2017 to March 2018 was conducted,and respiratory care was given.The effect of nursing care were observed.Results Of the 30 patients,1 patient’s family members insisted on being discharged during ICU care,while the other 29 patients avoided the occurrence of respiratory blockage and were transferred to the operating room or the ward for treatment.Conclusion Reasonable and effective nursing measures can be taken to avoid the occurrence of abnormal respiratory condition,reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications and promote the early recovery of patients.
