环境改良及功能干预在小儿哮喘护理中的应用效果及预后影响

Application Effect and Prognosis of Environmental Improvement and Functional Intervention in Childhood Asthma Nursing

目的探究环境改良及功能干预在小儿哮喘护理中的应用效果及预后影响。方法选取四川省达州市中西医结合医院2017年1月—2018年9月收治的哮喘患儿160例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各80例,前者采用常规护理模式,后者采用环境改良及功能干预护理模式,比较两组患儿哮喘症状持续时间、住院时间、哮喘控制评分,患儿的复发情况和再次入院情况以及护理满意度。结果研究组患儿哮喘症状持续时间和住院天数均显著短于对照组,哮喘控制评分显著高于对照组;研究组患儿复发率为8.75%,再入院率为3.75%,两项指标均显著低于对照组;研究组患儿及家属的满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组。以上均有P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用环境改良以及功能干预护理模式,能够改善小儿哮喘的症状,提高治疗效果、缩短住院时间,提高患儿及家属对护理工作的理解,改善护患关系。

Objective To explore the effect and prognosis of environmental improvement and functional intervention in childhood asthma nursing.Methods 160 children with asthma admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group,80 cases in each group.The former adopted routine nursing mode,while the latter adopted environmental improvement and functional intervention nursing mode.The duration of asthma symptoms,hospitalization time,asthma control score,recurrence and re-admission of children and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of asthma symptoms and hospitalization days in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the asthma control score was significantly higher than that in the control group;the recurrence rate was 8.75%and the readmission rate was 3.75%in the study group,both of which were significantly lower than those in the control group;the satisfaction rate of the children and their families in the study group was 95.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group.All the above were P<0.05.Conclusion Environmental improvement and functional intervention nursing model can improve the symptoms of asthma in children,improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the understanding of nursing work of children and their families,and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
