门诊无痛胃肠镜检查患者的观察以及护理策略研究

Observation and Nursing Strategy of Painless Gastroenteroscopy in Outpatient Clinic

目的探究门诊无痛胃肠镜检查患者的临床观察与护理效果。方法纳入2016年1月—2018年7月门诊接收的615例无痛胃肠镜检查患者,对其临床检查资料展开回顾性分析。结果不良心理、呕吐恶心以及腹痛腹胀等是患者最为常见的不良反应,此外还包括出血、呼吸抑制、心律失常与低血压等。检查前伴有慢性呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病与糖尿病等基础疾病以及老年患者发生不良反应的机率明显提高。结论无痛胃肠镜检查时与检查后依旧会出现诸多不良反应,合并基础疾病、老年人发生不良反应的几率更高,因此术前需对风险科学评估,积极控制基础疾病,并实施全面科学的护理措施,在尽量减少不良反应的同时进一步提高胃肠镜检查的成功率。

Objective To explore the clinical observation and nursing effect of patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 615 painless gastroenteroscopic patients admitted from January 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Bad psychology,vomiting,nausea and abdominal pain and distention are the most common adverse reactions in patients,in addition to bleeding,respiratory depression,arrhythmia and hypotension.The risk of adverse reactions in elderly patients with underlying diseases such as chronic respiratory disease,cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus was significantly increased.Conclusion Painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and examination will still appear a lot of adverse reactions,combined with underlying diseases,the incidence of adverse reactions in the elderly is higher,so preoperative risk assessment,active control of underlying diseases,and the implementation of comprehensive and scientific nursing measures,in order to minimize adverse reactions while further improving the stomach The success rate of colonoscopy.
