摘要
目的对照高血压脑出血临床接受立体定向微创、常规开颅手术治疗的不同效果。方法选择皖北煤电集团总医院2015年1月—2018年10月中的30例高血压脑出血患者进行研究,其中有15例患者接受立体定向微创手术治疗,另外15例患者接受常规开颅手术治疗,比较两组手术治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后1周、2周、3周神经功能缺损评分结果均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组并发症发生率53.33%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量为(48.63±12.59)min、(28.75±10.96)ml,均优于对照组(71.38±18.45)min、(135.85±42.17)ml,P<0.05。结论立体定向微创治疗高血压脑出血相较常规开颅手术能够明显减轻创伤,加快患者术后康复,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of stereotactic minimally invasive and conventional craniotomy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 30 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from January 2015 to October 2018 in the hospital were selected for the study.Among them,15 patients received stereotactic minimally invasive surgery,and another 15 patients received conventional craniotomy,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of neurological functional defects at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 13.33%,significantly lower than that in the control group(53.33%,P<0.05).Operation time,intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were(48.63±12.59)min,(28.75±10.96)ml,both superior to the control group(71.38±18.45)min,(135.85±42.17)ml,P<0.05.Conclusion Stereotactic minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce trauma and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation compared with conventional craniotomy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
