温和灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Mild Moxibustion on Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨温和灸对COPD稳定期患者的疗效,以期为指导临床提供依据。方法 80例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受中西医药物治疗,治疗组在其基础上运用温和灸治疗,治疗2个疗程后,对两组患者肺功能、呼吸困难情况、生活质量及疗效进行比较分析。结果两组患者治疗后,肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC)、改良呼吸困难指数(mMRC)、生活质量评分(CAT)均有明显改善(P<0.05);但相比对照组,治疗组以上各指标改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温和灸能够明显提高稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效,增强肺功能,改善呼吸困难情况,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of mild moxibustion on stable COPD patients,so as to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods 80 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with mild moxibustion on the basis of it.After two courses of treatment,the pulmonary function,dyspnea,quality of life and curative effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the indexes of lung function(FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC),modified dyspnea index(m MRC)and quality of life score(CAT)were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),but compared with the control group,the above indexes in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mild moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,enhance lung function,improve dyspnea and improve the quality of life.
