冠心病心力衰竭临床利用中药参芪强心汤治疗的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of TCM Shenqi Qiangxin Decoction on Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

目的本次实验课题主要探讨冠心病心力衰竭患者利用中药参芪强心汤治疗的临床效果。方法研究样本选择恩施市中心医院收治的92例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组患者采用中药参芪强心汤进行治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、左室射血分数以及6 min步行距离进行比较分析。结果观察组患者治疗效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组患者左室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组6 min步行距离优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者采用中药参芪强心汤进行治疗,具有良好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective This study was designed to investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi Qiangxin decoction in treating CHD patients with heart failure.Methods 92 cases of patients with heart failure,coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in control group were treated with western medicine,the observation group were treated with TCM Shenqi Qiangxin decoction.Therapeutic effect in patients of two groups,left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 min walking distance were analyzed.Results Treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).6 min walking distance of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).TCM symptom score of observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The plasma amino terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effects of traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi Qiangxin decoction on CHD with heart failure is good in clinic and is worthy of promotion.
