丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合厄贝沙坦对慢性心衰患者左心室射血分数的影响

Impact of Salvianolate Injection Combined with Irbesartan on Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF)of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合厄贝沙坦对慢性心衰患者的影响。方法从旺苍县人民医院收治慢性心衰患者中抽取136例,纳入时间2015年10月—2018年5月,数表法将其随机分成2组:68例对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,68例试验组采用厄贝沙坦、丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合治疗,分析比较2组心功能水平、炎性因子水平和治疗效果。结果试验组控制率为95.6%(65/68),比对照组的83.8%(57/68)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组心功能水平、炎性因子水平均变化,其中试验组LVEF水平比对照组高,IVST、LVEDD、LVESD、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应上,试验组发生率为4.4%(3/68),比对照组的14.7%(10/68)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性心衰患者厄贝沙坦、丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合治疗,有助于改善患者心功能,降低炎性因子水平,提高治疗效果,值得学习和推广。

Objective To analyze the impact of salvianolate injection combined with irbesartan on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 136 patients with chronic heart failure admitted in Wangcang County People’s Hospital from October 2015 to May 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with indicator method:68 patients in control group were treated with irbesartan,and 68 patients in experimental group were treated with irbesartan combined with salvianolate injection.Then the cardiac function level,inflammatory factor level and treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The control rate of the experimental group was 95.6%(65/68),which was higher than 83.8%(57/68)of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cardiac function and inflammatory factors in the two groups were all changed,among which the levels of LVEF of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of IVST,LVEDD,LVESD,IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP were lower than those of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,the incidence of the experimental group was 4.4%(3/68),which was lower than that of the control group(14.7%(10/68),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of irbesartan and salvianolate injection of patients with chronic heart failure is helpful to improve the cardiac function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worth learning and popularizing.
