CT对胃癌TN分期的诊断分析

目的探讨采用多层螺旋CT对胃癌TN分期进行术前诊断的临床价值。方法随机选取本院2013年6月至2015年1月期间收治的胃癌患者55例,于术前1周对患者实施多层螺旋CT扫描将扫描结果同术中病理检查结果进行对比分析。结果术前多层螺旋CT对胃癌T1分期的诊断准确率为67%(2/3),T2分期为67%(4/6),T3分期为77%(17/22),T4分期为88%(21/24)总体准确率为80%(44/55)。结论术前对胃癌患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,有助于对胃癌局部浸润深度和术前TN分期做出准确判断,特别是对进展期胃癌具有较为可靠的诊断价值,对于临床手术方案和治疗方案的制定具有十分积极的作用,建议在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To analyze clinical usefulness of multilayer spiral CT for preoperative staging of gastric TN diagnosis. Methods Randomly select 55 cases with gastric cancer treated from June 2013 to January 2015, one week prior to surgery patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan, the scan results with intraoperative pathological findings were analyzed. Results By multilayer spiral CT, T1 staging of gastric cancer diagnostic accuracy was 67%(2/3), T2 stage was 67% (4/6), T3 installments of 77% (17/22), T4 stage was 88% (21/24), the overall accuracy was 80% (44/55). Conclusion As for patients with gastric cancer, multilayer spiral CT scan contribute to the depth of invasion of gastric cancer and preoperative TN staging to make accurate judgments, especially those with a more reli-able diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer,it has positive effect surgery for the formulation of clinical and treatmentprograms, which is recommended to further promote in clinical practice.
