赖氨酸甲基转移酶抑制剂研究进展

Progress in research of lysine methyltransferase inhibitors

目的对赖氨酸甲基转移酶抑制剂的研究进展进行综述。方法通过系统的文献调研,以近年来的外文文献为依据描述了赖氨酸甲基转移酶与肿瘤的关系,以及小分子赖氨酸甲基转移酶抑制剂的研究进展。结果与结论目前已经涌现出大量的小分子化合物作为赖氨酸甲基转移酶抑制剂,部分已经进入临床前研究或作为抗肿瘤药物进入临床研究。

Objective To reviewthe progress in research of lysine methyltransferase inhibitors.Methods Based on the research results reported in recent publications,the relationship between lysine methyltransferase and tumor,and the progress in research of small molecule lysine methyltransferase inhibitors were studied.Results and Conclusions There are a large number of small molecules indentified as lysine methyltransferase inhibitors,and some of them are in clinical trials.
