四妙勇安汤中的化学成分

Chemical constituents from Simiao Yong'an decoction

目的研究古代经典名方"四妙勇安汤"心肌保护活性部位的化学成分。方法综合运用多种色谱学分离手段进行分离纯化,根据化合物波谱学数据对其结构进行鉴定。结果从"四妙勇安汤"心肌保护活性部位——D101大孔吸附树脂柱色谱体积分数50%乙醇洗脱部位中共分离得到15个化合物,分别为(3S,4R,5S)-4-乙烯基-3-(β-D-葡萄糖基)-4,4a,5,6,7,8-六氢-8-氧代-3H-吡喃并[3,4-c]吡啶-6-磺酸(1)、裂马钱素二甲基乙缩醛(2)、断氧化马钱子苷(3)、(E)-aldosecologanin(4)、6″-O-β-glucopyranosylharpagoside(5)、L-phenylalaninosecologanin(6)、L-phenylalaninosecologanin B(7)、5-β-carboxystrictosidine(8)、3α,5α-tetrahydrodeoxycordifoline lactam (9)、甘草素(10),4'-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl (1→2)-β-glucopyranosyl]liquiritigenin(11)、朝藿定B (12)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(13)、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(14)、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(15)。结论所有化合物均为首次报道从四妙勇安汤中分离得到。

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the cardioprotective active fraction of traditional Chinese prescription Simiao Yong’an decoction. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectroscopic analysis. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the cardioprotective active fraction and were identified as( 3 S,4 R,5 S)-4-ethenyl-3-( β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-4,4 a,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-8-oxo-3 H-pyrano[3,4-c]-pyridine-6-sulfonic acid( 1),secologanin dimethyl acetal( 2),secoxyloganin( 3),( E)-aldosecologanin( 4),6″-O-β-glucopyranosylharpagoside( 5),L-phenylalaninosecologanin( 6),Lphenylalaninosecologanin B( 7),5-β-carboxystrictosidine( 8),3α,5α-tetrahydrodeoxycordifoline lactam( 9),liquiritigenin( 10),4’-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl( 1→2)-β-glucopyranosyl]liquiritigenin( 11),epimedin B( 12),3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid( 13),3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid( 14) and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid( 15),respectively. Conclusion All the compounds are reported for the first time from the Simiao Yong’an decoction.
