摘要 目的回顾1847年至今的吞噬细胞系统研究历程,并对其在药物递送领域中的指导作用进行综述。方法查阅国内外相关文献115篇,对整个吞噬细胞系统的研究历程及其在药物递送领域中的重要意义进行概述总结。结果在对吞噬细胞系统近170年的研究探索中,从网状内皮系统(reticuloendothelial system,RES)的提出到单核吞噬细胞系统(mononuclear phagocyte system,MPS)的建立,人们对于吞噬细胞的起源与分类、吞噬行为的意义有了更为深刻且全面的认识。作为纳米制剂清除的执行者,吞噬细胞系统的基础研究在纳米制剂递送领域具有重要的指导意义,需要得到药学研究者的更多关注。结论对吞噬细胞系统的深入研究,将为纳米制剂递送的未来发展提供更为完善的理论依据和实际应用价值。 Objective To review the research process of phagocyte system from 1847 to the present and summary the application of these fundamental researches in the field of nanoparticle delivery. Methods Referring 115 domestic and overseas literatures,then summarizing and analyzing the whole research history of the phagocyte system and its important role in nanoparticles clearance. Results In the research and exploration of the phagocytic system for nearly 170 years,from the reticuloendothelial system( RES) to the mononuclear phagocyte system( M PS),the origin and classification of the phagocytes and the significance of phagocytosis were deeply recognized and understood. The fundamental research of phagocyte system showan important guidance for nanoparticle drug delivery and need more attention from pharmaceutical researchers. Conclusion Further studies on phagocyte system will provide better theoretical basis and practical application for the future development of nanoparticle delivery.
