摘要
目的对漆树科盐肤木属植物火炬树(Rhus typhina L.)叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、MCI柱色谱及半制备型高效液相色谱等多种方法分离单体化合物,通过波谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为没食子酸甲酯(methyl gallate,1)、(-)-地芰普内酯[(-)-loliolide,2]、没食子酸(gallic acid,3)、杨梅素(myricetin,4)、杨梅苷(myricetrin,5)、阿福豆苷(afzelin,6)、贝壳杉双芹素(agathisflavone,7)、铁力木双黄酮B(mesuaferrone B,8)、byzantionoside B(9)、blumenol C glucoside(10)、(6R,9S)-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)、methyl m-digallate(12)和methyl p-digallate(13)。结论化合物2、9~11为首次从盐肤木属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Rhus typhina L. Methods Chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification,including silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,M CI,and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. Results Thirteen compounds were obtained and identified as methyl gallate(1),(-)-loliolide(2),gallic acid(3),myricetin(4),myricetrin(5),afzelin(6),agathisflavone(7),mesuaferrone B( 8),byzantionoside B( 9),blumenol C glucoside( 10),( 6 R,9 S)-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),methyl m-digallate(12),and methyl p-digallate(13). Conclusion Compounds 2,and 9-11 are isolated from genus Rhus for the first time.
