利用文献研究中医治疗痛风性关节炎的用药特点

Using the literature to study the medication feature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for gout

目的利用文献研究探索中医治疗痛风的用药特点。方法检索中国知网和PubMed数据库中中药治疗痛风性关节炎的文献,对文献中所涉及的中药的功效及性味归经参照相关标准进行数据规范化处理,并利用频数分析、聚类分析方法以进行统计分析,研究痛风的中医用药特点,将结果用树状图和频数表等进行展示。结果频数分析显示中医治疗痛风性关节炎用药以清热药为主,药味以苦为主,药性有寒和温;药物以归肝经为主。聚类分析后可归纳出核心药物群为:黄柏、萆粟、威灵仙、赤芍、泽泻、川牛膝、忍冬藤、秦艽、丹参、红花、黄芪、车前草。结论为痛风性关节炎的临床用药提供指导,为广大患者带来福音。

Objective To study and explore the medication feature of Chinese medicine treatment for gout.Methods The literatures about Chinese medicine treatment for gout from CNKI and PubMed database were researched.The data was normalized according to the relative standards including the form of the Chinese medicine,efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine,flavor and meridian tropism,and then the medication feature was studied using frequency analysis and cluster analysis.The medication feature of Chinese medicine treatment for gout was study,and the results were displayed by tree diagram and frequency table.Results The results of frequency analysis showed the medication feature of Chinese medicine treatment for gout is major in heat-clearing drugs.The medicinal odour is bitter and the nature of drug are cold and warm.The medicine mostly belongs to the liver meridian.The core drug groups are phellodendri chinensis cortex,rhizoma dioscoreae collettii,clematidis radix et rhizome,paeoniae radix rubra,alismatis rhizome,cyathulae radix,lonicerae japonicae caulis,gentianae macrophyllae radix,salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma,carthami flos,astragli radix and plantaginis herba.Conclusion The guidance is provided for the clinical use of gout treatment,and the gospel was brought for the patients.
