摘要
目的从土壤中筛选并鉴定具有杀钉螺活性的放线菌。方法采用稀释涂布平板法对土壤中的放线菌进行分离纯化,通过钉螺浸杀试验筛选具有较高杀螺活性的放线菌并对其进行生物学鉴定。结果从土壤中分离得到203株放线菌,在这些放线菌中筛选到一株具有较高杀钉螺活性的放线菌。通过培养特征观察、碳源利用试验、生理生化反应,以及16S rRNA序列分析,判定该放线菌为黑色浅灰链霉菌(Streptomyces nigrogriseolus)。结论筛选到一株具有杀钉螺活性的放线菌黑色浅灰链霉菌(S.nigrogriseolus XD 2-7)。
Objective To screen and identify molluscicidal actinomycetes in soil.Methods The actinomycetes in soil were isolated and purified by dilution spread plate method.An actinomycete with higher molluscicidal activity was screened by the molluscicidal test,and then identified to its belonging.Results Two hundred and three actinomycetes were isolated from soil,and then a strain with higher molluscicidal activity was obtained.According to morphological observation,carbon source utilization test,physio-biochemical characterization and 16 S rRNA sequence analysis,the strain was identified as Streptomyces nigrogriseolus.Conclusion An actinomycete is screened with molluscicidal activity,and then named as S.nigrogriseolus XD 2-7.
