摘要
目的:研究一种自动化快速测定血浆乳糜程度的方法。方法:应用全自动酶免分析仪在微孔板上自动加入定量血浆、自动比色,依据所测得吸光度(A)值判断血浆乳糜程度。结果:测定波长为630 nm。A<0.090为正常血浆,A值0.090~0.367为轻度乳糜血浆,A>0.367为重度乳糜血浆。正常、轻度乳糜、重度乳糜血浆的变异系数分别为2.29%、2.10%、2.17%。同指数法比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.577,P>0.05)。结论:应用全自动酶免分析仪测定,方法快速,结果稳定、准确,实现了自动化。
Objective To study a automatic method which rapidly determines the chyle levels of plasma.Methods Using ELISA automatic analyzer to automatically join quantitative plasma in the microplate and automatic colorimetric determination,based on the measured absorbance value to judge the chyle levels of plasma.Results Determination wavelength is 630 nm.A<0.090 is normal plasma,A 0.090~0.367 is mild chyle,A>0.367 is severe chyle plasma.The coefficient of variation of normal、mild 、severe chyle plasma respectively is 2.29%、2.10%、2.17%.Compared with the index,the difference is not statistically significant(χ2=0.577,P>0.05).Conclusions Making use of ELISA automatic analyzer to determine,the method is rapid,the results are stable and accurate,implementation of automatization.
