肺炎性假瘤的影像学表现研究

Study on Imaging Feature of Pulmonary Inflammatory Pseudotumor

目的:探讨肺炎性假瘤的影像学特点。方法:回顾性分析13例经手术病理证实的肺炎性假瘤的影像学资料,探讨其影像特征。结果:肺炎性假瘤可表现为球形和团块形,边缘可光滑或毛糙,周围可见条索影,挡板征出现率较高。结论:仔细分析影像学征象,可提高肺炎性假瘤的诊断正确率。

Objective To research imaging characteristic of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.Methods Thirteen cases of pulmonary inflammatory proven surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively in order to study the imaging feature of inflammatory pseudotumor.Results Pulmonary inflammatory may show as global shape and lumpish shape,border of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor may be smooth or coarse,,thick speculation may be seen surround lesion,baffle plate sign had a high occurrence rate.Conclusion Correct diagnosis rate of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor may be improved by analyzing its imaging features carefully.
