摘要
目的:探讨左鼻腔出血多于右鼻腔出血的原因。方法:对3 a来鼻出血病人临床资料回顾性分析。结果:由于人类进化遗传的结果,左鼻腔血压高于右鼻腔血压,左鼻腔出血多于右鼻腔。结论:由于人类进化遗传的结果,左鼻腔血管血压高于右鼻腔血管血压,血压是造成左鼻腔出血多于右侧的直接原因。
