摘要
目的:对比分析医院感染中几种常见非发酵革兰阴性杆菌即铜绿假单胞菌、鲍蔓不动杆菌和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的耐药情况。方法:常规方法进行细菌培养鉴定,K-B法检测这几种非发酵革兰阴性杆菌对10种抗生素的敏感结果。结果:1999年至2001年和2004年至2006年两组80例铜绿假单胞菌其耐药率分别为17.9%~83.7%和21.8%~88.7%,耐药率低的抗菌素是亚胺培南、哌拉西林;50例鲍蔓不动杆菌耐药率分别为8.6%~75.7%和10.9%~79.5%,耐药率低的抗生素是亚胺培南、环丙沙星;50例嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌其耐药率分别为30.5%~87.4%和33.8%~92.7%,耐药率低的抗生素是头孢他啶、阿米卡星。三种细菌对每种药物的耐药率在不同时期结果不同。结论:铜绿假单胞菌、鲍蔓不动杆菌和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌作为医院感染中常见非发酵革兰阴性杆菌,对多种抗生素存在高耐药性,而且耐药率逐年在增长,指导临床合理用药,药敏检测工作具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the resistance of several common non-fermented Nram-negative bacilli in hospital infection comparatively,namely Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii Stenotrophomonas maltophilia Aeromonas.Metheds To identify the bacteria culture in conventional method,K-B was used to detect these types of non-fermented Gram-negative bacilli to 10 antimicrobial agents in sensitive results.Results 1999~2001 and 2004~2006,the resistance of 80 cases'Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 7.9%~83.7% and 21.8-88.7%,Imipenem and Piperacillin were low;the resistance of 50 cases' Acinetobacter baumannii were 8.6%~75.7% and 10.9%~79.5%,Imipenem,Ciprofloxacin were low;the resistance of 50 cases'Stenotrophomonas maltophilia Aeromonas were 30.5%~87.4% and 33.8%~92.7%;antibiotics ceftazidime and amikacin were low.Each of the three bacterial drug resistance rates were different at different times.Conclusion Pseudomonad aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Stenotrophomonas maltophilia Aeromonas are common non-fermented Gram-negative bacilli,which are high resistance to several antibiotic.,but resistance in the growth rate year after year.It may be of important value for instructing to apply drugs reasonably,and examining susceptibility testing work.
