心达康胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病120例的临床疗效分析

Efficacy of SINDACON Capsules in Treatment of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的:评价心达康胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效。方法:选取180例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者随机分为两组:心达康胶囊组(10mg,3次/d,90例);心血康胶囊(0.2g,3次/d,90例)。疗程28d,对治疗前后患者的临床症状和心电图进行观察。结果:心达康胶囊组治疗总有效率达84.4%,心血康组总有效率为80.0%,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:心达康胶囊是治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的有效药物。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of SINDACON capsules in patients with Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods 180 patients with Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were divided randomly into two groups:SINDACON capsules group(10 mg,tid,n=90);DP capsules group(0.2,tid,n=90).Treatment lasted for twenty-eight days.The clinical symptoms and electrocardiograms were observed before and after treatment.Results Significant difference was found between the total effective rates of SINDACON capsules and DP capsules(84.4% vs80.0% P>0.05).Conclusion SINDACON capsules is an effective medicine for patients with Coronary Heart Disease
