单采血小板报废原因分析

Cause analysis of platelet depletion

目的通过对单采血小板报废原因的分析,探讨降低报废措施和方法,充分利用血液资源。方法对本血站2015—2017年采集的单采血小板报废情况进行分析。结果本血站2015—2017年单采血小板报废率为2.25%,报废原因由高到低依次为过期、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)不合格、感染标志物检测不合格、质检不合格。结论单采血小板主要报废原因是过期、ALT及感染标志物检测不合格。完善单采血小板献血员招募、采集、储存、检测、人员培训、过程监督、临床使用全过程质量控制管理,降低单采血小板的报废率。

Objective To explore the reduction measures and methods to make full use of blood resources through the analysis of the reasons for the scrapping of single-harvested platelets.Methods The depletion status of singleharvested platelet in our blood station from January 2015 to December 2017 was analyzed.Results From January 2015 to December 2017,the scrapping rate of single-harvested platelet in this blood station was 2.25%,and the reasons for scrapping were expiry,ALT disqualification,disqualification of infection markers,and disqualification of quality inspection,from high to low.Conclusion The main reasons for the rejection of single-harvested platelets are expired,ALT and unqualified markers of infection.We will improve recruitment,collection,storage,testing,personnel training,process supervision,and quality control and management throughout the clinical use of blood donors to reduce the discard rate of platelets.
