835例皮肤科门诊就诊男性患者尿道感染人乳头瘤病毒基因亚型分析 被引量:7

Subtypes of human papillomavirus infection in urinary tract of 835 male outpatients attending dermatology department

摘要 目的探讨河北地区男性感染人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)基因亚型特点。方法采用凯普导流杂交HPV-DNA检测法检测2014年4月-2017年8月来河北省人民医院皮肤科门诊就诊的835例男性患者分泌物标本中21种HPV亚型。结果 835例受检者中HPV感染率为24.79%(207/835),单一HPV亚型、两种HPV亚型、三种HPV亚型、四种HPV亚型和五种HPV亚型的感染率分别为18.20%(152/835)、4.91%(41/835)、0.84%(7/835)、0.72%(6/835)和0.12%(1/835)。仅高危型HPV感染率为14.61%(122/835);仅低危型HPV感染率为6.35%(53/835);高危型与低危型HPV混合感染率为3.83%(32/835)。检出率前五位依次为HPV16、HPV11、HPV6、HPV58及HPV52。在同年龄段受检者中HPV感染模式均以单一感染为主,不同年龄组HPV感染率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=4.677,P=0.322)。结论河北地区男性尿道感染HPV主要亚型是HPV16、11、6、58和52,为研究男性感染HPV流行病学特征提供数据资料。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of subtypes of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection among men in Hebei region.Methods Flow-through hybridization and gene chip technique was used to determine the 21 HPV-DNA subtypes in secretion specimens of 835 male outpatients in Department of Dermatology,Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital from April,2014 to August,2017.Results Among the 835 outpatients,the positive rate of HPV was 24.79%(207/835),and the infection rates of single HPV subtype,two HPV subtypes,three HPV subtypes,four HPV subtypes and five HPV subtypes were 18.20%(152/835),4.91%(41/835),0.84%(7/835),0.72%(6/835)and 0.12%(1/835)respectively.The detection rates of high-risk and low-risk HPV were 14.61%(122/835)and 6.35%(53/835)respectively,and the detection rate of co-infection with high-risk and low-risk HPV was 3.83%(32/835).The top five detection rates were HPV16,HPV11,HPV6,HPV58 and HPV52.In the same age group,the HPV infection pattern was dominated by single infection,and no statistically significant difference was found in the HPV infection rate among different age groups(χ~2=4.677,P=0.322).Conclusions The majority of HPV subtypes detected in male urethra in Hebei region are HPV16,HPV 11,HPV6,HPV 58 and HPV 52,which provide the data for studying the epidemiological characteristics of male HPV infection.
