医疗机构口腔综合治疗台由水、电、气供给系统与各种口腔诊疗器械组成,在诊疗过程中为患者提供必要的冷却与冲洗用水,是口腔诊疗必备的基本装置。对其水路污染的控制问题越来越受到国内外学者的关注。能否有效进行消毒管理是关系到口腔治疗中医院交叉感染控制能否有效实施的关键环节。文章对美国的医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路消毒管理技术规范的研究进展进行了系统介绍和梳理,为国内医务人员和牙科治疗台设备生产厂家对相关问题的研究设计和消毒管理提供借鉴。

A dental unit is composed of a supply system of water,power and gas and various oral diagnosis and treatment instruments.The unit can provide necessary cooling and flushing water during the process of diagnosis and treatment,and it is a necessary basic device for oral diagnosis and treatment.The contamination control of dental unit waterlines receives more and more attention from the domestic and foreign scholars.The effective disinfection management is critical to the implementation of prevention of nosocomial cross infection during therapy.This article systematically introduces and summarizes the research progress on the technical standard for sanitary requirements for disinfection management of dental unit waterlines in medical institutions in the United States,and provides references regarding solution methods of related problems,research approaches and disinfection management for domestic medical professionals and manufacturers of dental unit waterlines.
