摘要
随着水平井作为苏里格气田经济规模开发主体技术之一,进一步增加水平段施工长度用以更大限度提高单井产量的需求越来越迫切。针对苏里格气田苏77区块苏77-21-40H2井超长水平段突出的钻井难点:钻压传递困难、井眼清洁困难、井壁稳定难度大、完井大尺寸压裂工具下入困难等,通过采用优化井眼剖面、引入新型减摩降阻工具、优化钻具组合、MEG聚磺钻井液体系、加装顶驱设备、保障压裂工具下入及严格工程配套措施等多项技术对策,大幅度提高了该井水平段的延伸长度和机械钻速。该井顺利完钻时实际水平段长度2 303 m,为苏里格气田水平井的进一步开发提供了经验。
With the horizontal well technology adopted as one of main technologies used for economic-scale development of Sulige Gasifeld, the trend to maximizing the production output per well by further increasing the operation length of horizontal section has become more and more imminent. Aiming at the drilling dififculties in ultra-long horizontal section of Well Su 77-21-40H2 in Sulige Gasifeld (namely dififcult transmission of drilling pressure, dififcult cleaning of wellbore, poor wellbore stability and dififcult lowering of large-size fracturing tool in completion operation), by taking several technical countermeasures such as optimizing the wellbore proifle, introducing the new-type friction resistance reducing tools, optimizing the drilling tool combination and MEG polysulfonate drilling lfuid system, installing the top drive equipment, ensuring the smooth lowering of fracturing tool and strictly implementing the supporting measures, the extension length and mechanical drilling speed of the horizontal section of such well have been greatly improved. When the drilling of this well was smoothly completed, the actual length of horizontal section was 2 303 m, which has provided the experience for further development of horizontal wells in Sulige Gasifeld.
