一种磺酸型表面活性剂压裂液的研究及应用 被引量:8

摘要 为了合成一种新型清洁压裂液,采用由脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠与芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱复配的方法,得到压裂液增稠剂MC-1。对质量分数3%MC-1与3%KCl溶液交联形成的压裂液进行增稠性、剪切性和耐温等性能测试,结果表明,在高剪切下体系黏度保持在830 m Pa·s,在金属离子的协同下,形成的清洁压裂液具有较好的耐温耐剪切性、黏弹性、悬砂性和破胶性,90℃时体系黏度仍能达到50 m Pa·s,使用煤油破胶后破胶液黏度可低至4.5 m Pa·s。在延238-1井、延300井进行了现场试验,产油量较邻井分别高出17.4 m^3和4.7 m^3,增产效果明显。 In order to synthesize a new kind of clean fracturing lfuid, the method based on compounding of fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate (MES) and erucic acid amide propyl betaine is used, so as to obtain the fracturing lfuid thickener MC-1. The performance tests on thickening property, shear property and temperature resistance of the fracturing lfuid formed through crosslinking of MC-1 of which the mass fraction is 3%and KCl of which the mass fraction is 3%are carried out. The test results reveal that, under high shear, the viscosity of the system remains at 830 mPa·s; together with metallic ion, the clean fracturing lfuid formed has relatively high temperature resistance, shear resistance, viscoelasticity, sand-suspending property and gel-breaking property;at the temperature of 90℃, the viscosity of the system can still reach 50 mPa·s. After the gel is broken by kerosene, the viscosity of the gel breaking lfuid may become as low as 4.5 mPa·s. The ifeld test has been carried out in Well Yan 238-1 and Well Yan 300, the oil production is higher than that of adjacent wells by 17.4 m3 and 4.7 m3 respectively, and the production-increasing effect is obvious.
