摘要
针对长庆油田高气油比区块油井在作业起下管柱过程中出现的油气溢出井口问题,开展了高气油比油井防喷工艺技术研究,依据井下开关阀的原理对管柱进行优化设计。该管柱采用悬挂封隔器、旋板开关和单流密封插管等关键工具,检泵作业时旋板开关关闭,将地层油气封堵在封隔器下部,解决了起下管柱过程中油气溢出井口无法防喷的技术难题。经室内测试及现场应用,该管柱实现了起下钻过程中防止地层油气喷出地面的作用,达到检泵作业时防喷的目的。
In view of the oil/gas lfowing out of the wellhead during pipe tripping in wells in high gas-oil ratio block of Changqing Oilifeld, research was conducted on blowout prevention technology for wells with high gas-oil ratio and optimization design was made to the pipe string based on the principle of down-hole switch valve. This pipe string used key tools like suspended packer, vane switch and unilfow sealing intubation. The vane switch is closed during pump inspection, which blocks off the formation oil/gas below the packer, hence solving the dififculty of oil/gas lfowing out of the wellhead during pipe tripping. Lab tests and ifeld application show that this pipe string realizes the function of preventing oil/gas from blowing out of surface and achieves the goal of blowout prevention during pump inspection.
