Study on Teaching Quality Guarantee System of Secondary and Higher Vocational Convergence

中高职衔接已成为职业教育发展的趋势,尽管一部分职业院校探索中高职衔接取得了一定成效,但还是存在很多的问题,人才培养质量的整体水平还有待进一步提升,教学质量保障体系还需要在质量保障组织管理体系、质量标准体系、人才培养过程管理体系、资源保障体系、监控和评价反馈体系方面加强建设。

The convergence between secondary and higher vocational education has become the trend of vocational education development.Although some vocational colleges have achieved certain achievements in secondary and higher vocational education convergence,there are still many problems.The overall level of talent training needs to be further improved.The teaching quality guarantee system also needs to be strengthened in quality assurance organizational management system,quality standard system,personnel training process management system,resource guarantee system,and monitoring and evaluation feedback system.
