平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效观察

Clinial Observation Bronchial Asthma Patients Treated By Ping Chuan Tang

[目的]观察自拟平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘(冷哮型)急性发作期的临床疗效。[方法]将80例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予以吸氧、抗感染、糖皮质激素、解痉平喘、纠正水电解质紊乱及酸碱平衡等;治疗组在对照组常规西医处理基础上配合口服自拟平喘汤治疗,1周为1疗程,共2个疗程。[结果]治疗组在临床指标(肺功能、IgE、EOS)以及总有效率上均优于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘(冷哮型)急性发作期效果佳,可以明显提高临床疗效。

[Objective]Clinial Observation on Bronchial Asthma patients Treated by Ping Chuan Tang.[Methods]Put eighty patients for treatment group and control group.The control group patients treat as oxygen,Anti-Infective Agents,Glucocorticoids,Antiasthma and retrieve Acid-Base Equilibrium;The treatment group subjoin the Chinese medicine Ping Chuan Tang,one week a treatment,two weeks of treatment.[Results]The treatment group is advantage on effective rate[.Conclusion]Ping Chuan Tang treat Bronchaial asthma have good healing efficacy.
