醒脑静加益气养阴方加减治疗出血性脑卒中疗效观察

Effects of Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Decoction in Treatment of Hemorrhagic Stroke Study

[目的]观察出血性脑卒中患者应用醒脑静与益气养阴方进行联合治疗的临床效果。[方法]对140例出血性脑卒中患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。[结果]应用醒脑静与益气养阴方进行联合治疗的患者,其神经缺损的程度评分与生活能力以及血肿量的大小变化同对照组(常规治疗)相较,差异显著(P【0.01)。[结论]对出血性脑卒中患者应用醒脑静与益气养阴方进行联合治疗,不仅益气养阴,而且通络活血,同时具有开窍醒神与行痰通察以及清热解毒的功效。能够减轻患者的意识障碍,并促进其神经功能的恢复,进而提高其生活的能力及状态,最终促进患者脑血肿吸收,效果显著,应予推广。

[Objective]To observe the application of Xingnaojing Injection in patients with hemorrhagic stroke with combined therapy of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin method clinical effect.[Methods]140 patients with hemorrhagic stroke patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]the application of Xingnaojing injection and supplementing qi and nourishing yin method for combined treatment of the patients,the nerve defect severity score and life skills as well as the volume of hematoma size changes with the control group(conventional treatment)compared,significant differences(P < 0.01).[Conclusion]in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage Xingnaojing injection and application of Yiqiyangyin Decoction in combination therapy,can promote patients with cerebral hematoma absorption,obvious effect.
