摘要
[目的]探讨温胆汤对缺血性中风的效果。[方法]西药疗法45例为对照组,温胆汤治疗45例为治疗组,观察疗效并发症。[结果]治疗组的效果优于对照组,并发症也低于对照组。[结论]温胆汤治疗急性缺血性中风痰热阻络证效果好,并发症低。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of temperature Decoction of ischemic stroke.[Methods] Western medicine therapy of 45 cases in the control group,Wendan de coction Tang treatment of 45 cases for the treatment group,effects were observed complications.[Results]The effect of the treatment group than the control group,the complications was also lower than the control group.[Conclusions]Wendan de coction to treat acute ischemic stroke phlegm heat resistance network card effect,with low complications.
